If the investigation confirms that the account holder is underage, the account will be permanently closed. Section 3 Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 222dk account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or any combination thereof — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts. Account Security

Section 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 222dk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 222dk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their bank or mobile payment provider if their account is denominated in a different currency.
Supported Payment Channels

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 222dk is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 222dk at the platform level, though individual payment channels may impose their own per-transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (8 AM to 11 PM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours on working days. 222dk does not guarantee processing times outside these hours but will endeavour to process all pending withdrawals as promptly as operationally possible.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment channel that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account, except in cases where the original payment channel is no longer available and an alternative is approved by 222dk support.
- 222dk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly first-time withdrawals and high-value withdrawal requests.
- Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus is in progress may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- 222dk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or identity verification failure.
Section 5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
222dk offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. Bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered, and those specific terms take precedence over the general bonus provisions set out in this section where there is a conflict.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by 222dk are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Eligibility

Abuse of Promotions

Section 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222dk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or identity verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.

- Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Player self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming dashboard or via support.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by 222dk upon request.
- Extended account inactivity, as defined by 222dk's inactive account policy communicated separately to the player.
Voluntary Account Closure
